Our one-day Effective Conversations course explores ways to have impactful and confident conversations throughout your working day. Through a range of creative practical exercises, you will learn simple techniques for communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels and professions, patients and their carers; as well as in large groups, teaching, one-on-one and even line management situations.
The course will include simple, immediately applicable techniques taught by experts and will include personalised feedback.
