This half-day OSCE Confidence course focuses on giving you the skills to allow you to give your best performance within the pressures of an OSCE environment. Through a range of practical exercises, you will develop ways to manage performance anxiety, demonstrate positive and confident non-verbal and verbal communication, reset between stations and develop strategies for recognising and dealing with stress in the run up to the exams.

OSCE Confidence is part of the Performing Medicine Open Programme, a series of courses open to all healthcare professionals. The courses aim to help staff to nurture and develop skills in communication, confidence and self-care so that they can be in a better, stronger position to care for themselves and others.
