We are currently working with the Swansea Bay University Health Board, designing a tailored pilot project on self-care and stress management for staff working in mental health services.
Early data analysis shows that there was a reduction in staff leave of absences following the delivery of our training.
“I’ve started making small changes in work, taking a break, spending more time with people I manage. The biggest change has been how I view work affects my health. The workshop gave me confidence to actually do something about managing my stress.”
