Performing Medicine at Newham Hospital

Last year Performing Medicine partnered with Newham Hospital to provide a series of workshops for staff, focusing on improving quality of care and staff wellbeing, developing essential skills looking after yourself, your team and your patients.  Over 10 weeks, groups of up to 15 staff at a time took part in our practical workshops, reaching well over 100 staff in total.

Nearly all staff on the six participating wards had the chance to experience the programme and reported feeling more prepared for the challenges of work, and were able to build stronger working relationships with their teams, as a result of participating.
