Effective Conversations

01.11.21 - 15.11.21
Live online sessions for a limited number of participants.

Simple techniques to improve the quality of conversations at work. Part of Performing Medicine’s Open Programme.

Our 3 module Effective Conversations course explores ways to have impactful and confident conversations throughout your working day. Through a range of creative practical exercises, you will learn simple techniques for communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels and professions; as well as in large groups, teaching, one-on-one and even line management situations. We’ll explore ways to have confident conversations, to prevent and manage conflicts, to prevent issues from escalating and to build supportive, communicative cultures within work environments.

The course will include simple, immediately applicable techniques taught by experts and will include personalised feedback.

Live online sessions for a limited number of participants. Participants should attend all three sessions as they build on from each other.
