Expressions of Medical Creativity: Employee Wellbeing in Healthcare

Performing Medicine’s Programme Manager, Carly Annable-Coop presented on our work at ‘Expressions of Medical Creativity: Employee Wellbeing in Healthcare’, an event run by Creative Thought at the Turner Contemporary in Margate.

This one day gathering for doctors, healthcare practitioners and managers was looking to explore how creativity and the arts can help promote wellbeing at work in healthcare and medicine. It was a blend of inward reflection on self-care, mental health and burnout via the medical humanities, with appreciation of award winning contemporary arts.
